Systems Trainer & Implementation

About the role

Comblack is seeking a Systems Trainer & Implementation specialist to design and deliver training programs across in‑person, virtual and blended formats. You will also lead the rollout of web‑based and Salesforce solutions, ensuring users can adopt new tools efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct group training sessions (in‑person, virtual, blended) for internal and external users.
• Implement and configure systems in web environments and Salesforce platforms.
• Create comprehensive training materials, including guides, presentations and videos, leveraging AI tools to enhance content.
• Gather, analyse and define user requirements, translating business processes into tailored training solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post‑implementation.
• Travel as needed and manage demanding schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering group training and implementing web‑based systems.
• Proven track record working with Salesforce.
• Experience producing training guides, videos and incorporating AI tools into learning content.
• Strong ability to understand business processes and convert them into effective training material.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner, able to work independently.
• Experience in large government or public‑sector organisations is a significant advantage.
