Junior Information Systems Training & Implementation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Information Systems Training & Implementation Specialist to join our professional training team within a leading defense organization in Central Israel. The role is ideal for early‑career candidates who have experience delivering training, supporting system roll‑outs, or providing user assistance in civilian or military settings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one and group training sessions on a variety of information systems.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new systems across the organization.
• Create, update and maintain training materials, presentations, user guides and other learning resources.
• Provide front‑line support to end users both remotely and onsite.
• Gather user requirements, identify process gaps and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist users throughout system adoption and organizational change processes.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to improve user experience and increase system adoption rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in information systems training, implementation, user support or a related role.
• Military experience in training, implementation, information systems, instruction or technology‑related roles is highly welcomed.
• Experience delivering classroom, virtual or one‑on‑one training sessions.
• Formal training or implementation certification/course (military or civilian) is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
