About the role

Join the Senior Digital Technologies and Information Division to support the adoption of information systems, technology products, and tools among employees across Israel.

Key responsibilities

Develop expertise and in‑depth knowledge of the organization’s information systems, technology products, off‑the‑shelf products, and AI tools.
Deliver in‑person and online training sessions for groups and individuals on existing products and new systems.
Implement existing products and new systems.
Lead change‑management processes from planning through full implementation.
Serve as the liaison between end users and the Technology Division.

Required profile

3+ years of experience in the relevant field.
2+ years of experience implementing complex systems.
2+ years of experience delivering group and individual training.
2+ years of experience creating training materials (presentations, videos, user guides) for various information systems and customers.
1+ year of experience providing user support and troubleshooting.
