Senior Digital Product Manager – SW Platform

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the roadmap and execution of shared software platform capabilities for CathWorks solutions worldwide. The role focuses on infrastructure, connectivity, cloud enablement, and scalable clinical software development, working from the Kfar Saba office.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the roadmap for shared software platform capabilities across products, improving reuse, interoperability, and development efficiency.
• Translate platform strategy into detailed requirements, priorities, and measurable outcomes, balancing short‑term delivery with long‑term architecture goals.
• Prioritize and manage the platform backlog with Agile teams, supporting sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature acceptance.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, quality, regulatory, clinical, commercial, and product teams to define scalable, secure software infrastructure and ensure alignment on priorities, dependencies, and risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in product management, technical product ownership, systems engineering, or software engineering, preferably in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Required skills

• Software infrastructure and cloud technologies (e.g., APIs, connectivity solutions, data flows).
• Agile development processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational execution skills.
