Solutions Engineer

About the role

Harmony is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts for prospective customers. You will work closely with Account Executives to translate prospect needs into tailored solutions and drive the technical win in the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to uncover tools, workflows, and success criteria, creating a clear technical win plan.
• Deliver customized demos and run evaluations/POCs, configuring and integrating the product in prospect environments.
• Own the technical side of the buying process, including security reviews, architecture discussions, RFP responses, and integration questions.
• Build repeatable demo environments, trial playbooks, and tooling to accelerate the sales motion.
• Ensure smooth handoff to onboarding and provide field insights back to Product and Engineering.

Required profile

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, software engineering, technical consulting, or a similar hands‑on technical role with GTM exposure.
• Self‑directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments.
• Experience working alongside sales throughout the deal cycle and managing multiple technical onboarding projects.

Required skills

• Strong technical depth with APIs, cloud infrastructure, networking, scripting, and debugging complex systems.
• Proficiency in AI‑assisted engineering workflows using tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar LLM‑based agents.
• Background in software development and ability to build and ship production code.
