הצטרפו לצוות המומחים שלנו במכון נועם בתפקיד מגוון ומאתגר בתחום המיון התעסוקתיתיאור המשרה:- העברת הדרכות מבחנים פסיכוטכניים ליחידים - העברת סדנאות חוץ/ו/או וובינרים מקווים בנושא מבחנים פסיכוטכניים- הכשרה מקיפה ומלאה בתחומי העיסוקסביבת עבודה:- סביבת עבודה דינמאית ואנרגטית- סביבת עבודה טכנולוגית - הדרכות פרונטלית בצד הדרכות מקוונות- עבודה כחלק מצוות איכותי במיוחד- למידה משמעותית וצמיחה אישית כאנשי ייעוץ- אפשרות לביצוע פרויקטים יחודיים בעולם התוכן הרלוונטידרישות המשרה:- ציון פסיכומטרי גבוה- תואר ראשון בתחום מדעי החברה, לחילופין ניסיון בתפקיד דומה במהלך השירות הצבאי- ניסיון בעבודה במכון מיון - יתרון- כישורים דרושים - עצמאות, יחסי אנוש מצוינים, תשוקה לעבודה עם אנשים, יכולת למידה- משרה מלאה או חלקית (לפחות שלושה ימי עבודה בשבוע כולל עבודה בשעות אחר הצהריים והערב לפי הצורך)- עבודה בימי שישי כפעמיים בחודש Show more Show less
