HR and Administration Specialist

About the role

Rentokil Initial, the world's largest pest control company, is looking for an HR and Administration Specialist for its Israel site, which develops advanced pest control technologies and provides services to companies such as those in the pharmaceutical and food industries. The role covers a wide range of HR, administrative and operational tasks, supporting office activities and helping manage organizational operations efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• HR support: maintain HRIS accuracy for daily time and attendance, support end-to-end recruitment, act as the main contact for internal HR queries, and organize corporate events and employee engagement programs
• Office operations: order office supplies and refreshments, coordinate maintenance and cleaning services, and manage vendor relationships
• Support other departments: handle fleet management portals and related tasks, give administrative support to teams, collect and consolidate data
• Ongoing administration: manage calendars and meetings, answer calls and handle correspondence, prepare presentations and documents, file and organize documents, and handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Additional tasks as required

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of previous experience in a similar role
• High organizational and planning abilities with strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, ability to work independently and in a team, and responsibility and initiative

Required skills

• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Full proficiency in Google applications
