About the role

The European Union Border Assistance Mission for the Rafah Crossing Point (EUBAM Rafah) is seeking dynamic, highly‑skilled candidates for immediate recruitment to fill four vacancies. The positions support the mission’s security, human‑resources and protocol functions at its office in Ramat Gan, Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide security and operational support to mission staff, monitor the security situation and assist with risk assessments and travel arrangements (Mission Security Assistant).
• Manage recruitment, staff administration, training, HR records, payroll support and related processes (Human Resources Officer).
• Coordinate official travel, maintain travel entitlements and HR records, and deliver administrative assistance to the HR office (Human Resources Assistant/Travel).
• Handle protocol, liaison and administrative support for the Head and Deputy Head of Mission, including official visits, events and stakeholder coordination (Protocol/Administrative Officer).

Required profile

• Relevant education and professional experience as specified in each job description.
• Fluency in English, Arabic and Hebrew.
• Valid local identification or work permit authorising employment in Israel, unrestricted movement within the mission area, medical fitness and a clean criminal record.
• Ability to work onsite at the Ramat Gan office Monday‑through‑Friday and arrange daily travel to the premises.
