Technical Recruiter (9 Month Contract)

About the role

Salesforce is hiring a Technical Recruiter for a 9-month contract to own full-cycle recruiting across a mix of high-volume and specialized technical roles in its engineering, product and marketing organisations across EMEA. The role suits someone with a career deeply embedded in technical recruiting, able to run both high-volume pipelines and complex, high-touch searches for hard-to-fill roles.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical roles in engineering, product and marketing across EMEA
• Partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, define ideal candidate profiles and compete for elite technical talent
• Build and maintain talent pipelines, mapping the market and engaging passive candidates before requisitions open
• Lead complex offer negotiations, including sign-on and equity exception packages, with knowledge of market compensation benchmarks
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, advising on trade-offs and bringing market intelligence
• Work with sourcing partners and recruiting coordinators to deliver a high-touch candidate experience at scale
• Contribute to team-level recruiting strategy, pipeline health reviews and market talent intelligence

Required profile

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, managing both high-volume pipelines and complex, specialized searches
• Deep experience at a top-tier tech company with a very high talent bar
• Proven ability to recruit across a range of technical roles and disciplines
• Track record of building proactive pipelines in hard-to-fill talent pools and running high req-volume
• Experience navigating complex compensation conversations, including base, equity (RSU), sign-on and competing offers
• Consultative, data-informed approach, strong communicator and relationship builder
• Nice to have: experience in emerging technical domains such as AI/ML, infrastructure or security, and background in large matrixed organisations
