Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Mobileye is looking for a talented and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join its unique HR team. In this role you will lead end‑to‑end recruiting processes and deliver tailored hiring solutions for a fast‑growing R&D business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle for a rapidly expanding R&D unit.
• Design and execute innovative, scalable sourcing and hiring strategies in partnership with business leaders.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, providing guidance and building high‑performing teams.
• Source top‑tier candidates through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Collect, analyze, and report recruitment data to inform strategy and process improvements.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives on candidate experience, diversity, employer branding, and EVP creation.
• Organize recruiting events, meet‑ups, tech panels, webinars and other special programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience in a high‑tech environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree a plus).
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision making.
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance sourcing and daily productivity.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Self‑starter, independent, results‑oriented and able to execute.
• High energy, collaborative team player with a positive mindset.
