Account Manager בעבודה מול מנהלים מגייסים ודרגים בכירים בארגוני אנטרפרייז והייטק, כולל פיתוח קשרים עסקיים עם לקוחות חדשים וניהול ושימור לקוחות קיימים במתן שירות מקצועי ואיכותי.

אחריות מרכזית

פתיחת משרות טכנולוגיות לצוותי הגיוס וליווי תהליכי גיוס מקצה לקצה
קידום מועמדים ומתן מענה מהיר לצורכי הלקוח עד שלב חתימת חוזי ההעסקה
ניהול מו"מ, תמחור עסקאות וסגירת תהליכים מול לקוחות

פרופיל נדרש

ניסיון בניהול לקוחות מבתי תוכנה או מעולמות ה‑Outsourcing (חובה)
ניסיון בגיוס עובדי Outsourcing בעולמות ההייטק (יתרון)
ניסיון בניהול מו"מ בנושאי שכר ותנאי העסקה (יתרון)
יכולות מכירה גבוהות ויכולת התנסחות ברמה גבוהה
תקשורת בין‑אישית מצוינת ויחסי אנוש מעולים
יכולת הנעת תהליכים באופן עצמאי ועמידה ביעדים
