Project Manager – Electromechanical Systems

About the role

SGF Global is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead electromechanical installation and construction projects at a client site in Kiryat Gat. You will be responsible for delivering projects from hand‑over through final client acceptance while ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects end‑to‑end, from site handover to final delivery.
• Develop work plans and schedules based on technical drawings and project requirements.
• Coordinate and lead activities with clients, subcontractors and on‑site teams.
• Oversee engineering, logistical and operational aspects of each project.
• Resolve on‑site challenges and make real‑time decisions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor progress, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and timeline standards.
• Provide regular status updates to the Site Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing installation, construction or electromechanical projects.
• Proven ability to lead on‑site teams and subcontractors.
• Experience working directly with clients and handling multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work at client sites, including working at heights when required.
• Valid driver’s licence.
