About the role
We are looking for a qualified Maintenance Electrician to join our facilities team. The successful candidate will ensure the reliable operation of building systems through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.
Key responsibilities
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance of building electrical, plumbing, and fire detection/suppression systems.
- Handle maintenance issues according to urgency and priority.
- Respond to service requests from employees.
- Supervise, coordinate, and oversee contractors for electricity, plumbing, fire systems, and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
- Provide on‑call support during weekends and holidays as needed.
Required profile
- Valid Certified Electrician license (mandatory).
- Good level of English.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role (advantage).
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
