Experienced Project Manager (Construction)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from initial planning through to apartment hand‑over. The role combines full responsibility for budgeting, scheduling, quality control and on‑site supervision, ensuring high construction standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets for residential builds.
• Oversee all construction activities on site, maintaining quality standards and safety compliance.
• Lead the site office, coordinate the project team, consultants, and external partners.
• Conduct construction meetings, negotiate contracts and manage contractual engagements.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers and authorities, handling agreements and supervising subcontractors.
• Monitor progress against targets, resolve issues promptly and ensure timely hand‑over to clients.

Required profile

• Certified engineer with a B.Sc. in Construction Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience managing residential construction projects.
• Strong engineering and technical understanding with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Results‑driven, assertive and capable of interacting with multiple stakeholders.
• High professional ethics and personal integrity.
