Project Manager

About the role

INNOVA is looking for an organized, proactive, and customer‑focused Project Manager to lead HVAC projects from confirmed sale through installation, commissioning and warranty activation. The role involves coordinating customers, installers, sales teams and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Review confirmed sales orders, initiate workflow and communicate timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with installers, sales representatives, developers and other stakeholders throughout each project.
• Schedule and oversee installer training, mock‑up installations and quality checks.
• Track progress, identify potential delays and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Ensure commissioning documentation is submitted and warranty activation is coordinated.
• Provide post‑installation support, including maintenance guidance and troubleshooting.
• Oversee projects carried out by third‑party representatives to ensure standards are met.

Required profile

• Up to 3 years of experience in project management or customer management.
• Native‑level English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude with high attention to detail.
• Confident, professional communication with customers, installers and internal teams.
• Ability to quickly learn technical products, installation processes and company procedures.
• Availability to work on‑site according to the stated schedule.
