Project Manager (Construction Data Centers)

About the role

Linesight is seeking a Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects for data centre clients. You will coordinate multiple projects, ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards, while fostering strong relationships with teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large‑scale construction projects, tracking schedules, milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple data centre construction projects and report progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports and monitor KPIs.
• Facilitate communication between project managers, consultants, clients and contractors.
• Analyse project data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor day‑to‑day field activities, manage information flow and track issues related to progress, quality and safety.
• Lead on‑site, assess progress, ensure safe work practices and oversee snagging activities.
• Review variations and delays, and support handover planning.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in construction.
• Degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Project management professional certification (or willingness to obtain one).
• Detail‑oriented, quality focused and excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships with teams and clients.
