About the role
The company is seeking a motivated Construction Supervisor to lead engineering components on its Eilat site. This position offers a dynamic environment where you will manage project execution, schedules, and budgets while following established project management methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all engineering components during the execution phase.
- Control project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Apply project management methodology to coordinate activities and resources.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality and safety standards.
Required profile
- Registered Civil Engineer with at least three years since graduation.
- Minimum two years of experience in construction execution or supervision.
- Strong managerial abilities, commitment, and capacity to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high motivation.
Required skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems (general).
