Project Manager – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

Waxman Group, Israel’s leading infrastructure and civil‑engineering firm, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects from concept to completion. You will work on national‑level mega‑projects that shape the country’s skyline and strategic infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects throughout all lifecycle stages.
• Lead the on‑site project team, including the Site Supervisor and Quantity Surveyor.
• Take responsibility for engineering and managerial aspects of each project.
• Control quality, budget, schedule, and execution performance.
• Coordinate interfaces with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project objectives, targets, and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Registered Civil Engineer (mandatory).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction supervision or execution.
• Proven track record of managing work teams on complex projects.
• Strong client‑management and leadership abilities.
• Proactive, highly organized, and able to drive results.
