Quantity Surveyor

About the role

Waxman Group is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support its large‑scale infrastructure and construction projects across Israel. You will work closely with project teams, site inspectors, and contractors to ensure accurate measurement, verification, and control of quantities throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Review and verify contractors’ quantity measurements and calculations across construction projects.
• Provide guidance and professional support to site inspectors on quantity verification processes.
• Monitor and review the management of variation and claim files throughout projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and review quantities based on project plans and models.
• Utilise digital tools and methodologies for quantity surveying and measurement.
• Support project teams with quantity‑related analysis and control.

Required profile

• Practical Engineer in Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architect.
• At least 1 year of experience in quantity surveying/quantity takeoff, preferably in structural works, finishes, and MEP systems.
• Knowledge of Revit is a significant advantage.
• Experience with BIM is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
