Workplace Experience Coordinator

About the role

As the Workplace Experience Coordinator for Unity’s Tel Aviv office, you will be the primary point of contact for employees, visitors and candidates, helping to shape and maintain a vibrant company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Keep daily office operations running smoothly, managing ticket queues, proactive issue resolution and existing workplace experience programs.
• Own local food and beverage programs, including vendor management, snack inventory and event catering.
• Plan and execute employee events, from small activations to seasonal celebrations, bringing workplace culture to life.
• Partner with Regional EHS manager on health & safety compliance and with Security on access management, risk and incident reporting.
• Maintain and grow vendor relationships, review SOWs, run QBRs and support RFPs alongside Procurement.
• Handle local office administration: budget tracking, purchase requests, invoice payments, Confluence updates and internal communications.
• Collaborate with site leads and Design & Construction on capital projects and serve as after‑hours emergency contact.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Hebrew.
• Experience planning and delivering workplace events end‑to‑end.
• Proactive communicator who flags issues early and handles delicate alignment discussions with tact.
• Fast learner with high adaptability and strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Gmail/Google Calendar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Mac or Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Workday.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Freshservice or Jira.
