The position works closely with AI researchers, cyber operators and government experts to understand specialized hiring needs. Key responsibilities

• Lead hiring across the organization and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates in niche AI and cybersecurity markets.
• Provide market insights and data‑driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions.
• Conduct market research and deliver talent availability and compensation trend analyses.
• Scale talent acquisition processes in a fast‑growing environment while ensuring a seamless candidate journey from outreach through onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on and strategic tech recruitment experience, preferably in AI or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to conduct in‑depth behavioral interviews assessing both technical competence and cultural fit.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate hiring needs into actionable recruitment plans.
• Experience influencing hiring decisions using market data and talent analytics.
• Proactive, curious, with a strong sense of urgency and excellent communication skills.
