HR Business Partner

About the role

Autofleet is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support its fast‑growing global team of about 140 employees. The role combines HR partnership, full‑cycle recruitment and employee‑lifecycle management to deliver a data‑driven, consistent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner, advising managers and employees on a wide range of people‑related topics.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, performance reviews and off‑boarding.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles, from sourcing and interviews to offer management.
• Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, development and organisational needs.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Analyse HR metrics to identify trends, provide insights and support decision‑making.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, programs and processes.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and external partners across multiple time zones.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Generalist or similar hands‑on HR roles.
• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment across functions and seniority levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and empathy.
• Proactive, independent approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Native‑level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a global organization and preferably in a startup or fast‑growing technology company.
