About the role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Recruitment Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of technology positions, including Development, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Infrastructure and more. You will work closely with hiring managers and clients to identify and attract top talent, taking full ownership from sourcing to hiring.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for diverse technology roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to define talent needs.
- Own sourcing, interviewing, candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.
- Utilize advanced tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure efficient and accurate recruitment.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of proven experience in tech recruitment.
- Strong understanding of development and technology roles.
- Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (strong advantage).
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication, quick learning ability and independent thinking.
