Technology Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Technology Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruitment team and lead the hiring process for technology roles. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology positions within the assigned area.

Key responsibilities

• Manage candidate screening and recruitment processes for technology positions within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Conduct professional interviews and assessments with candidates.
• Plan, manage, and monitor recruitment processes from initial screening through placement.
• Accompany candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain ongoing engagement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment information in organizational information systems.
• Manage interfaces and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain recruitment sources and talent networks to identify qualified candidates for technology positions.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in technology recruitment, including conducting professional interviews.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, Organizational Consulting, Labor Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
