Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Factory 54 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Recruitment & HR team. You will partner with hiring managers across the fashion and lifestyle group, leading end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of corporate positions and helping shape the teams that drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from role briefing and sourcing to offer stage and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, providing strategic guidance and aligning hiring plans with business needs.
• Source and attract talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, proactive sourcing and talent pipelines.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, assess candidates, coordinate hiring processes and support offer negotiations.
• Maintain recruitment data in ATS, monitor hiring metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Contribute to cross‑functional recruitment, employer branding and HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Strong interviewing, assessment and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive, business‑oriented approach and ability to work independently.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Passion for talent acquisition and motivation to grow within a fast‑paced organization.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Interest in AI and practical knowledge of AI tools used in recruitment.
