Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and partner closely with hiring managers. This is an opportunity to combine hands‑on recruiting with creative sourcing and help drive our continued growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from defining hiring needs and sourcing candidates to interviews, offers, and contract signing.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align expectations, and tailor the recruitment approach.
• Review CVs and conduct phone and in‑person interviews to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and suitability.
• Proactively identify and engage talent through LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, social media, and additional sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop new recruitment sources and find creative ways to reach relevant candidates.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow‑up.
• Keep candidate information and recruitment activity organized and up to date.

Required profile

• Around two years of recruitment experience at a staffing agency or a project‑based services company.
• A bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources, or Psychology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• The ability to manage multiple recruitment processes, prioritize effectively, and follow through.
• A proactive approach, curiosity, and a willingness to explore new ways of finding talent.
