Guardio, a fast‑growing consumer cybersecurity company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People team. You will play a pivotal role in attracting top technical talent, shaping the candidate experience, and supporting the company’s rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for key technical positions using innovative sourcing channels.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and ensure a premium candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate on designing and facilitating efficient hiring workflows.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and create visual reports to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for technology roles, with at least 2 years in a high‑tech environment.
• Proven expertise in modern sourcing methods and tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
• High proficiency in English.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily recruiting workflows to enhance sourcing, outreach, and automation.
