About the role
IBI, a leading Israeli investment house, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment across its group of companies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for a variety of positions.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
- Guide candidates throughout the entire recruitment journey.
- Lead sourcing activities for open roles.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (required); Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment.
- Proven experience conducting face‑to‑face interviews.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn recruiting and sourcing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high motivation and ability to work independently.
