Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Schindler Israel is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for both headquarters and field positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, manage the full hiring cycle, and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience within a global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment processes for a wide range of roles, including technical and field positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and advanced sourcing tools.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews, assess candidates, and guide them through the hiring journey.
• Maintain recruitment data and work with recruitment systems to ensure accurate reporting.
• Participate in HR and recruitment‑related projects, preparing presentations and management reports.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to align recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with diverse and technical roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized, able to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using advanced sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with recruitment systems and data management.
