Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

A leading technology solutions provider in Israel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions. You will work closely with various departments to understand hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technological roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Translate departmental hiring needs into focused recruitment strategies.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and in‑person interviews, and oversee selection and evaluation.
• Collaborate continuously with hiring managers, providing guidance and updates.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology.
• Strong familiarity with the tech job market and recruitment processes for technical roles.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple processes simultaneously, and perform under pressure.
• Experience with recruitment systems and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Hunter, etc.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, or Psychology is an advantage.
