HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join KLA’s Israel HR team. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating strategic priorities into people solutions and helping drive organizational effectiveness across a fast‑paced, global technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent needs and succession strategies.
• Lead and support change initiatives such as restructures, integrations and workforce transitions.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance management and employee development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Drive HR processes including performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews and employee engagement surveys.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast‑paced, matrixed, global organization.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and deliver business‑focused HR outcomes.
• Strong business acumen with experience in organizational change, talent management and workforce planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
