About the role

Join Taboola’s fast‑growing advertising business as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting the Global Growth Sales and Internal Operations teams. You will own the strategic HR roadmap, partner with senior leaders, and drive people initiatives that enable rapid scaling across a globally distributed workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end talent lifecycle initiatives, including performance management and variable compensation structures aligned with sales velocity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
• Analyse people data to provide actionable insights that influence business outcomes.
• Champion a culture that reflects Taboola’s values, driving employee engagement and high performance.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of progressive HR business partnering experience in global, fast‑paced tech companies.
• Proven ability to navigate cross‑cultural dynamics, localized compliance, and align regional execution with a unified global strategy.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience supporting sales teams and understanding quota and incentive structures.
• Tech‑forward mindset, comfortable experimenting with AI and automation tools to enhance HR processes.
