אודות התפקיד
שיקום ארוך טווח אחרי פגיעה מינית – בוא/י להוביל איתנו את התהליך. מרכז סיוע תל אביב מחפש אחראי/ת ליווי ושיקום לפרויקט שה"ם 360 – תוכנית לשיקום ארוך טווח של נפגעות ונפגעי אלימות מינית.
אחריות מרכזית
- ליווי אישי ומתמשך של משתתפים, כולל מיפוי צרכים ובניית תוכנית שיקום אישית.
- חיבור למענים, זכויות ותעסוקה.
- הובלת הפרויקט, פיתוח מענים ויצירת שותפויות עם גורמי טיפול ושיקום.
פרופיל נדרש
- ניסיון בעבודה פרטנית בתהליכי ליווי, שיקום ו/או טיפול – חובה.
- ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים בתחום החברתי, הטיפולי או השיקומי – חובה.
- היכרות עם טראומה, C‑PTSD או פגיעה מינית – יתרון משמעותי.
