About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Israel. In this role you will shape the future of our rapidly expanding company by hiring top talent for Engineering, Product, Security, and Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruiting, owning the process from sourcing to closing.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates using strategic sourcing techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to understand hiring needs and design recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Deliver a seamless, professional candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Design and execute projects that improve recruitment operations and tools.
• Leverage cutting‑edge tools, channels, and techniques to attract top‑tier talent.
• Collaborate with interview teams to ensure a consistent, structured interview process.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for Engineering, Product, Security, and Marketing roles in fast‑moving, high‑growth tech or startup environments.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with hands‑on experience using various sourcing tools and platforms.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
• Skilled in negotiation, offer management, and closing.
• Metrics‑driven mindset with an understanding of conversion rates.
• Creative, agile thinker with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves approach.
• A love for travel is a bonus.
