Sourcing Manager – Indirect Procurement

About the role

We are looking for a Sourcing Category Manager to support our IT and Engineering organization. The role focuses on indirect sourcing categories, developing strategies, negotiating contracts and driving cost‑saving initiatives in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies, lead contract negotiations, write scopes of work, and manage contract redlines and supplier onboarding.
• Facilitate supplier selection, RFPs and negotiations to secure long‑term pricing models, service level criteria and performance remedies.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving and avoidance opportunities, tracking progress against targets.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to establish advantageous purchasing, commercial terms and payment requirements.
• Analyze current spend, benchmark categories and propose optimal cost‑saving initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably supporting IT, engineering or R&D functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in quantitative applications such as Business Intelligence, data‑warehouse solutions and advanced Excel.
• Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, hyper‑growth environment.
