Director of Finance

About the role

Intango, a global leader in AdTech, is seeking a Director of Finance to lead and develop its finance team. You will report directly to the CFO and take full hands‑on ownership of all accounting functions, driving AI‑enabled process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the company’s Controller, managing monthly, quarterly and annual close processes under IL GAAP and US GAAP.
• Oversee core financial operations including AP, AR, billing, collections and cash‑flow management.
• Lead AI and operational excellence initiatives, embedding automation tools across finance workflows.
• Prepare and track budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations and reporting standards.
• Lead, mentor and set high standards for the finance team, providing continuous feedback.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

Required profile

• CPA certification with Big‑4 experience.
• 5‑7 years of finance experience, including in‑house roles at small‑to‑medium tech companies.
• Proven track record of implementing AI and automation tools in finance processes.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong leadership and business partnership skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
