About the role

Join Palo Alto Networks as a Senior Technical Recruiter and lead end‑to‑end hiring for the Israeli market. This hybrid, 1‑year contract position blends hands‑on recruiting with strategic partnership and employer branding to build high‑performing technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools to attract top technical talent.
• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for engineering and R&D roles in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines while ensuring unbiased, inclusive hiring practices.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, advise on hiring strategies, and provide regular progress updates.
• Conduct interviews, guide candidates through the process, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle, in‑house recruitment experience, preferably in a product‑driven company.
• Proven success hiring technical talent, especially engineering and R&D professionals.
• Experience in cybersecurity recruitment is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume hiring in a fast‑growth environment.
• Creative problem‑solving skills and the ability to advise senior leadership strategically.
