About the role

IBI is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support executives and managers across its dynamic investment house.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees, providing ongoing HR guidance, support, and development.
• Lead and implement cross‑organizational HR processes and initiatives.
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and management teams.
• Work in a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment with hundreds of employees.
• Support organizational growth, transformation, and change‑management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience supporting and developing senior managers and leading cross‑organizational processes.
• Experience in a medium to large organization (100+ employees), preferably within a technology company or division.
• Experience working with complex data, conducting analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
• Experience supporting M&A processes (advantage).
