Senior Manager, Developer Relations

About the role

NVIDIA is expanding its AI footprint in Israel and seeks a visionary Senior Manager to lead Developer Relations. You will guide a high‑performing team, shape technical strategy, and accelerate adoption of NVIDIA’s GPU‑accelerated platforms across startups, ISVs, and the broader AI ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a regional team of Developer Relations Managers covering Israel’s AI ecosystem.
• Design and execute a comprehensive developer adoption strategy for key industries, ensuring NVIDIA platforms remain the gold standard.
• Build deep technical alliances with CTOs, engineering leads, startups, and ISVs.
• Act as the primary technical mentor for the developer community, helping them unlock the full value of NVIDIA SDKs and hardware.
• Represent NVIDIA at developer events, hackathons, and industry activities.
• Collaborate across product, sales, solution architecture, and marketing teams to align local ecosystem strategy with global messaging.

Required profile

• BS/MS in AI, Data Science, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships, with at least 4 years of hands‑on AI leadership.
• Proven track record managing technical collaborations and teams focused on AI.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strong capability to structure and implement complex technical engagements across sales, legal, product, and marketing.
