Senior HR Business Partner – Chip Design

About the role

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support its Chip Design organization. In this strategic role you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, talent growth, and business success.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with senior business leaders to translate business priorities into effective people and organizational strategies.
• Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives such as organization design, workforce planning, leadership capability building, succession planning, and change management.
• Coach and advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, talent development, retention, engagement, and career growth.
• Lead and support annual HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, promotion planning, and employee development.
• Use people data, business metrics, and employee insights to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and recommend scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in a global, fast‑paced, complex organization.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing organizational and people decisions.
• Experience supporting engineering, R&D, hardware, semiconductor, or other highly technical organizations is strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect business priorities to people strategy.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
