Senior Compensation & Benefits Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior compensation and benefits consultant who thrives on numbers, enjoys working with diverse companies, and is passionate about people. In this role you will partner with leading Israeli organisations, guiding senior executives and compensation committees through complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and design sophisticated compensation and benefits projects for top Israeli companies.
• Collaborate with internal team members to deliver tailored solutions based on client needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including CEOs, board members, and senior management.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders such as VP HRs, CFOs, and CEOs to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
• Develop deep expertise in compensation and benefits at the highest advisory level.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits experience.
• Background in high‑tech or global companies.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in both Hebrew and English.
• Proven ability to work in English across speaking, reading, writing, and presenting.
• Flexibility to work unconventional hours when required.
• Valid driving licence and mobility.
• Consulting or project‑management experience is a plus.

• Advanced Excel (complex functions, pivot tables).
