About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our tech recruitment team in Petah Tikvi. You will help connect Israel’s leading organisations with top technology talent and play a key role in shaping their hiring success.

Key responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical positions.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
Conduct thorough interviews, assess skills and manage the candidate journey from application to offer.
Collaborate closely with strategic client teams to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent.

Required profile

At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
High motivation, commercial mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
