About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our tech recruitment team in Petah Tikvi. You will help connect Israel’s leading organisations with top technology talent and play a key role in shaping their hiring success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, social media and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess skills and manage the candidate journey from application to offer.
- Collaborate closely with strategic client teams to understand hiring needs and deliver suitable talent.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
- High motivation, commercial mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
