Purchasing Buyer

About the role

Variscite is seeking a Purchasing Buyer to support its manufacturing plant in Kiryat Gat. The role focuses on procuring electronic components, circuits and production equipment, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage purchase orders in the Priority ERP system.
• Track inventory, open orders and run MRP analyses.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and new overseas suppliers, obtain quotes and samples.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with shipping companies and customs authorities.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as production, planning, control and R&D.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a purchasing agent.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Experience working with overseas suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Relevant academic degree.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Priority ERP system.
