אודות התפקיד
חברת הנדסה מובילה בתחום הבנייה התעשייתית מחפשת מנהל/ת לוגיסטיקה לתפקיד מרכזי ודינמי באתר החברה בקריית גת.
אחריות מרכזית
- ניהול מערך הלוגיסטיקה באתר מקצה לקצה.
- הובלת צוותי נהגים, מלגזנים, מחסנאים ומנופאים.
- תיאום שינוע ציוד, חומרים וחומרי גלם באתר.
- תפעול המחסנים, קבלת ציוד וניפוקו.
- בקרה על זמינות ציוד ומשאבים ומתן מענה תפעולי בשטח.
פרופיל נדרש
- ניסיון קודם בניהול לוגיסטיקה או תפעול באתרי בנייה, תעשייה או פרויקטים הנדסיים – חובה.
- ניסיון בניהול צוות עובדים, כולל נהגים, מלגזנים, מחסנאים ומנופאים – יתרון משמעותי.
- יכולת גבוהה בתכנון, ארגון וניהול סדרי עדיפויות.
- יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ ובסביבה דינמית.
- יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת הנעת עובדים.
