אודות התפקיד
קבוצת אסם נסטלה מגייסת מתכנן/ת ביקושים ואספקות זמני/ת. התפקיד משלב אחריות מקצה לקצה על תכנון ביקושים, ניהול מלאי ותיאום אספקות מול ספקים בחו״ל.
אחריות מרכזית
- ניהול ובניית תחזיות ביקוש שבועיות וחודשיות על בסיס נתונים שונים.
- תכנון אספקות מלא מול ספקים.
- איזון מלאי: מניעת חוסרים/עודפים, ביצוע בקרה שוטפת על רמות מלאי ומדדי זמינות.
- ניהול תהליכי S&OP חוצי ארגון, בשיתוף מכירות, שיווק ותפעול.
- ניתוח מגמות ושיפור תהליכי תכנון וביצוע.
פרופיל נדרש
- תואר בהנדסה תעשייה וניהול, לוגיסטיקה או כלכלה – חובה.
- ניסיון בתכנון ביקושים והכנת תחזיות.
- ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים בחו״ל וייבוא.
- אנגלית ברמה גבוהה, כולל תקשורת שוטפת עם ספקים בינלאומיים.
- שליטה באקסל, BI ושימוש ב‑COPILOT.
