Public Relations Coordinator

About the role

Factory 54 is seeking a dynamic Public Relations Coordinator to join its PR team. You will work at the intersection of fashion, media and influencer culture, supporting the brand’s high‑profile campaigns and events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare press kits, write press releases and other PR content.
• Collect and organize materials for campaign recaps, monthly reports and influencer coverage.
• Track, document and manage ongoing PR activities across the department.
• Coordinate influencer and celebrity campaigns, identify emerging talent and maintain influencer databases.
• Support media outreach, high‑profile events and brand collaborations.
• Handle product gifting, inventory management, packaging and logistics for influencers and celebrities.
• Coordinate with courier services and support PR‑related event logistics.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with influencers and celebrities.
• Experience writing press releases or other PR materials.
• Previous logistics or administrative experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
