Digital Advertising & PPC Specialist

About the role

Ben-Gurion University of the Negev seeks a Digital Advertising & PPC Specialist to lead and optimise paid media initiatives across digital and traditional channels, supporting student recruitment and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Implement marketing strategies and create promotional content for digital and social media channels.
• Manage advertising budgets, business accounts, and campaign performance.
• Develop and promote digital marketing channels while staying up to date with platform trends, algorithms, and new advertising tools.
• Support student recruitment and strengthen the University's brand presence across media channels.
• Plan and manage 360° multi‑channel campaigns, including digital, print, radio, and other media.
• Coordinate production of advertising materials, photo and video shoots, radio spots, print materials, signage, banners, and more.
• Work with advertising agencies, production companies, photographers, voice‑over artists, print houses, and other external suppliers.
• Analyze digital marketing data and performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands‑on experience with digital advertising and PPC on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Experience managing multi‑channel (360°) campaigns and advertising budgets.
• Experience producing marketing materials and collaborating with external suppliers.
• Good command of English.
