Marketing Manager – Beauty Brand

About the role

We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Natasha Denona Makeup, a globally recognized beauty brand. In this role you will develop end‑to‑end marketing strategies, execute multi‑channel campaigns and align digital, retail, creative and e‑commerce teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an innovative strategy for organic growth across social, affiliate and influencer platforms.
• Fully manage all brand social media channels and oversee team members or contractors to implement the brand strategy.
• Lead the Affiliate department, driving sales growth, tracking performance analytics and meeting leadership targets.
• Manage influencer, UGC creator and business partner collaborations from goal definition to execution.
• Monitor real‑time trends, algorithm updates and emerging platforms, adapting content to maintain relevance.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Product Development and Influencer Relations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Required profile

• 4+ years of marketing experience in consumer goods, retail, digital commerce or fast‑paced lifestyle sectors.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑channel marketing campaigns and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Strong proficiency with marketing analytics tools, digital media platforms and campaign management software.
• Experience managing external marketing, media or PR agencies.
• Excellent project management, organisational and leadership abilities, with high‑level written and verbal English communication.
