Senior Social Media Manager – Beauty Brand

About the role

Natasha Denona Makeup is seeking a visionary Senior Social Media Manager to lead its organic social media strategy worldwide. You will shape the brand’s voice, create daily short‑form video content, and engage a massive global community of beauty enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cutting‑edge organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Shorts and other platforms to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Shoot, edit and publish daily high‑quality Reels, TikToks and Shorts featuring product launches, tutorials and behind‑the‑scenes stories.
• Engage followers through social listening, responding to comments/DMs and sparking conversations within the beauty community.
• Monitor trends, viral audio, algorithm updates and emerging platforms, adapting content in real time.
• Track, analyze and report monthly KPIs (engagement, growth, reach) and use data‑driven insights to optimise performance.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Product Development and Influencer Relations teams for seamless campaign roll‑outs.

Required profile

• 4+ years of social media management experience, preferably in beauty, fashion or luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Deep knowledge of makeup trends, techniques and the global beauty community, including top creators and audience preferences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with short‑form video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
• Strong mobile photography and videography abilities to showcase products luxuriously.
